ManaGEM
A business management platform,
born in a real business
Every enquiry followed to the sale, quotes accepted online, deposit invoices raised automatically, project profit, stock alerts and staff records in one place. About a dozen companies run their day-to-day operations on it.
Born at SBS Waterproofing
Built for one business. Developed into a product for many.
Off-the-shelf apps did not fit how SBS Waterproofing worked, so GEMIS built them a system of their own from 2015 — and designed it from day one to work for other businesses as well. Years of refining it around a real operation turned it into ManaGEM.
Where the SBS relationship began:
In their words
By launching an online advertising campaign, we effectively doubled our turnover within 1 year. Since GEMIS created our new website, we're barely able to keep up with all the enquiries.
What it does
One system, from enquiry to invoice
ManaGEM is GEMIS's business management platform, generalised from the system built for SBS Waterproofing. It covers enquiry capture and sales pipeline with SMS and email updates, quotes accepted online, automatic deposit invoices, project profit tracking, stock alerts, products, prices and staff records in one system. About a dozen companies run their day-to-day operations on it.

Most growing businesses hit the same wall: enquiries, quotes, jobs and stock scattered everywhere. SBS Waterproofing hit that wall too, so GEMIS built them a system, designed from day one to work for other businesses as well. That system became ManaGEM. Capture every enquiry and follow it to the sale, with SMS and email updates for the customer. Quotes go out in a few clicks, customers accept online, and deposit invoices follow automatically. Track every project and see the profit on each job. Keep track of stock, and get an alert before you run out. Products, prices and staff records sit in the same system. Today, about a dozen companies run their day-to-day operations on ManaGEM. Less time on admin. More time growing the business. Built by GEMIS.
